The space felt cozy and inviting with vibrant aesthetics. The onsen experience stood out as a highlight, providing a relaxing retreat at the end of long days. Soft lighting in the public bath created a serene atmosphere. Clean facilities made the overall experience enjoyable. However, check-in times starting at 5 PM posed a challenge, especially if you arrive earlier. Reception only being open from 5-10 PM added to the inconvenience, as I struggled with my locker issue after hours. The capsule itself provided a nice level of privacy, but the mattress was quite hard, making it less comfortable for side sleepers. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness and various amenities like skincare products, but the reception hours should definitely be reconsidered for easier guest access.

The location sits quietly just a 10-minute walk from Shibuya station, making it conveniently accessible yet removed from the chaos. The onsen allows tattoos, a rare find that caters well to diverse guests.
Check-in time is strictly set for 5 PM, which can leave you twiddling your thumbs if you arrive earlier. Reception is only open from 5 to 10 PM, creating hassles for guests needing assistance outside these hours. Facilities like the public bathroom are limited to certain hours, specifically 5 PM to 10 AM, and only a few showers were available, leading to potential line-ups during peak hours. The mattress offers an uncomfortable sleeping experience, particularly for side sleepers, which adds to the discomfort.

Super chill vibes
My first time in a capsule hotel and it was pretty cool! The public bath was def my fave part, very relaxing after a day out. The location is super quiet but close to Shibuya, which is a win. Only bummer was the hard bed—tough on the hips for side sleepers like me.

I had a great time with friends! We loved the cozy vibe of the lounge and the lovely public bath. it was a perfect unwind after exploring Harajuku and the Shibuya Crossing. The yukatas made it feel special, and the amenities were clean and well-kept.
However, the mattress was really hard, and as a side sleeper, it affected my sleep quality.

Recommend it for solo female travellers
I had a nice stay here! The staff was really helpful, the place is super clean and well kept. One evening, I discovered the onsen after a long day, and it was so relaxing! slipping into the yukata felt like being wrapped in a gentle hug after all that walking.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but acceptable for what you get.
